Liberty Stone Oven Pizza combines the best techniques of artisanal pizza-making; Caputo double 00 flour, a stone oven with an open flame and a perfectly balanced house tomato sauce that eventually will be bottled for retailing. Chef Cheng is making a political statement as Liberty's pizza is unlike traditional Neapolitan pizzas. Liberty's pizza has a slightly thicker crust that holds generous amounts of savoury toppings to ensure each bite expresses the essence of the flavours. And lastly, our pizzas come in a rectangular shape, our regular size is 22" by 10" which is perfect for sharing and the personal size pizza is 7" by 10" specifically for the grab and go lunch crowd.
